I caught a felony assault charge a few years ago beating the breaks off a mfer who was trying to boost my shyt and I’d do it again too.

You are correct, the perpetrator in this case is in fact a child. Where we disagree is in the case of a pedo is the fact that the decision sets are vastly different. The correct adult decision is to not fukk a child on the side of the adult. The other side (the adult) legally and morally can not pursue a sexual relationship with a child.

The correct decision for a child is to never be in a situation where you are committing a potentially dangerous crime. It’s that simple. You don’t have to steal cars. At all. How you feel about teenage criminals doesn’t change the fact that the perp in this case was a criminal (provided he was actually doing a crime, I don’t believe we have enough info to make that claim at this time).

In the case of defending yourself/possessions, you can absolutely make the adult decision to kill anyone while they are actively stealing your property provided it’s not against your state’s laws to stand your ground (like in NY for example).

Children aren’t capable of this level of long term strategic thinking. They don’t have fully developed brains.

Which is why they have guardians, can’t enter into contracts, can’t vote or fight in the army and have teachers assigned to babysit them when they’re parents aren’t around.

This need to be told to folks who talks about children wanting sex changes, being gay etc. Giving them the right to express themselves.

This is the world that liberals and weak black folks have created. This shyt didn't go on when I was coming up in the 90s. This that new shyt that's killing society.

A child has a place and needs to stay in a child's place.

Children aren't capable of this level of long-term thinking needs to be said across the board for EVERYTHING.

The child parents need to do time too, I would go on to say.

I would be in favor if a kid(s) commits a crime that's associated with stealing of one's possessions. Attempt, Murder, Robbery/Thief should be tagged onto the parent's plate also.

Just like if that kid is on a parent's car insurance and goes out there and gets in an accident and it's their fault, that insurance company will raise the prenium, same thing would apply if a kid went out there and commits a certain crime as I mentioned. You and the kid(s) can split the prison time if that child is under your watch/roof.
