Yea but how long ago was that ? How many times has he been rebooted with no success? How many years has Superman been iconic and the face of DC? And hes tryna say Superman is irrelevant because Shazam had a show over 40 years ago that few even remember and is just now getting his first decent movie. His whole take is garbage

Shazam wasnt originally a DC character. He was bought by the company and put on the back burner for the most part because superman is basically the mascot of DC. In a fight between the two, superman would only win because hes an adult with years of fighting experience. If someone like Green Arrow or a 18 year old Robin got those powers, superman would get washed since shazam's powers are rooted in magic which is one of the only things superman is weak against.
If DC finally got its act together, an on screen battle between the two would be top 10 status with superman getting the S on his chest changed to an L

Yea and nobody is making movies to capitalize off those TV shows they are using them from the comics. Especially not a movie such as Shazam which is highly marketed toward kids who have no clue about the show and not the people who are probably 45 plus who were alive to watch and rember the showShazam was just as popular as Linda Carters Wonder Woman, Adam Wests Batman and Lou Ferrigno as Hulk.
