Make real songs that women will connect with, as well as men. Drake did a good job of that, through whatever creative process, his songs are easy to play as a man, and women love them. He can be vulnerable, he can be angry, it can be extremely pop, but I wouldn't call them generic. This is just lazy, and you can tell the 30 year old rappers try to recreate the 2000's and late 90's with formats that Jay and Jada, Fab and them kind of introduced. The three 16's and an R&B hook, that has nothing to do with your actual music content, it's just lazy pandering.
Do a song about being cheated on, from the male's perspective, write a song about your daughter, talk about a childhood love you lost, write about sex relationships in modern times (that's all Drake does)
There's not much "new" under the sun here, but step out of this unforgivably bad lane of "chanel bag/wet p*ssy" songs, I didn't listen long enough to hear the typical male sex prowess lines, but i know they are there.
