The whites came to this country and started off normal from the bottom up. The racist ones even put down other races to get on top ex. indians for one. They never went through the conditions of slavery, segregation and racist oppression like blacks do to keep them down.
Racists exists everywhere and even in places with power and they make moves everyday to make sure that blacks stay suppressed.

Anyway, these houses/neighborhoods are practically the same architecturally.
