There isn't a game that's in development now and dropping in the next two years that if the devs' want to they can't make sure it runs on XB1, especially with the tools being provided for them. Also I'm pretty sure this applies to there 1st party titles only.
If square wants to make ps5/XsX only title that's what it's going to be

What? They have their own solutions that doesn't need to explicitly be called "VRS". Why do you even care? Confirmation of this nonsense isn't going to sway you to get a PS5 any sooner over an Xbox if you were undecided.
Sony hasn't given details on what the customizations would be specifically but both AMD and Sony has confirmed that it is a customized version of RDNA 2.
Just because they haven't given details on how the customizations differ from full RDNA 2 doesn't mean they dont have something planned for those features.
They've been kinda silent about specifics when it comes to specs.
