or maybe his mixtapes sound like unmastered albums?
its on the same level as his mixtapes....which are decent. if you think this album isbut you like his mixtapes...then your bar of expectation for D&N was way too high to begin with.
I dont like his album or his mixtapes. I listened to the album because i can't form an opinion on an artist without listening to their material.

I kinda gotta agree with you with the exception of Beans. Freeway and YG wouldve never made it to a major label had Beans not brought them in and they benefitted from the Roc being the hottest label at the time. Anybody on ROC was gonna go gold at that time. No disrespect to my Philly brehs. Just callin like I see it.
Not to sure about that...I mean what did soundscan say demographically? I think they got Gold sales from nationwide units. I dont know...I mean, I preferred Major Figgas to State Prop....why didnt they get that Philly support?
speakin of which, any of you brehs got that Figgas 4 Life rip? I cannot find mine and been thirstin for it.

Album is hard as fukk, this shyt will be bump out of every car for the rest of the year in new Orleans, only to songs I aint feeling is young and getting and amen cause its old, everything else im bumping
And to the dude who said young guns or state p wouldn't have made it to a label without beans, no true at all, I knw young guns had a deal wit bad boy on the table, but Diddy wanted them to rap like children, and they sign to the roc before they met beans, beans brought free, free kinda brought peddi, Chris and neef and o and sparks was signed wit no help from beans, I feeling this album crazy, wack ass thread starter didn't even mention Tony story 2, lost all credibility with not mentioning that track
