i kind of stopped listening to rap for awhile cuz it was boring me. so a lot of these new cats ive heard NOTHING of. like i dont think ive heard one meek mill song before this album leaked. but ive heard friends mention his name and i see he has internet hype so i thought id dl.

and im sorry but this album is terrible. its just so unoriginal, uninspired, just not creative at all. ive listened to kendricks album, man with iron fists sdtrk, and now this and this is def the worst out of the 3 without question.

but to be fair i just dont like meek mill i guess. his voice is very annoying and his flow is terrible not to mention his content will never ever change. i feel like he is screaming at me the entire time, so i suppose i wouldnt like anything from him anyways. dude is trash

Any album dropping around the same time-frame of a classic (GKMC) with huge hype is going to suffer. Keep in mind BPIII went from being a mediocre album to absolute trash juice back on SOHH because it dropped on the same day as OB4CL2.

Same thing applies to earlier this year to a lesser degree with LIG and GFID. Perception can be a bytch to the loser.

I agree with the OP, the album is mediocre. Not exactly a Recycle Bin Classic like Dedication 4, but mediocre nonetheless.

its on the same level as his mixtapes....which are decent. if you think this album is but you like his mixtapes...then your bar of expectation for D&N was way too high to begin with.
