Dame taps into that segment of the community that loves talk.

We see it over and over and over again.

We love talk more than action. Hustle over results.

The community is always in search of a good P. Preacher, politician or poser.

All these people could get him out of this

But they don’t

What does that tell you?

Alll that boss talk dame be doing it’s all lies and bulllshyt … if dame was a likeable person I would feel sorry for him but … unfortunately dame is 1 of the most unlikeable people ever to grace hiphop with his argumentative, arrogant, narcissistic, egomaniac self that I just can’t feel sorry for him …. I’ve said this. A few times but suge knight and dame dash have literally had the biggest downfalls in hiphop history n that’s just facts ..:manny:

Suge's downfall was on a different level. Look at everything he could've eventually had a piece of including Eminem, 50 Cent, Vitamin Water, Beats by Dre, etc. He easily could be the richest personality in Hip Hop right now if he had tact. Lol and what makes it even wilder is that Suge grew up in a stable two-parent household so he can't even blame childhood trauma/dysfunction.

I always looked at it like his trauma was that he was a spoiled ass brat and couldn’t nobody tell him shyt. He was a mama’s boy and she probably gave him EVERYTHING, when pops scolded him she’d probably come behind him and coddle him.

Fast forward to Deathrow and I refuse to believe that there weren’t people telling him the right thing but then he had “the homies” being his “yes men” and saying “fukk what they talking bout” and instead of listening to the person he should have at the time he went with the people telling him what he wanted to hear.

That's even worse, imagine doing a bid and finding out your mans was stealing money from you.

It never happened.

Biggs was broke when he got locked up. Which is why he was back in the streets trying to front bread for weight. He needed money. The only person that kept money on his books while he was locked up, was Dame. He didn't even have enough money in the bank to cover his family's monthly bills. When he got locked, Dame was the only one making sure his mortgage and rents were paid and his family had money to take care of their daily sh*t.

Jay wouldn't even go near Biggs during that period. But after he got out, Jay offered him a job, and then suddenly he wouldn't speak to Dame anymore.

Dame will never play lil man to Jigga the way Biggs is right now

Dame will always look at Jigga as the corny BK nikka that could rap...the one he put a stamp on, vouched for & elevated

And you know what, Dame is right :ehh:

Ppl that fukk w/ Jigga really act like they can't fukk w/ Dame & that's corny as hell

Dame was always about the brotherhood, Jigga was always for self, and Biggs is just getting in where he could fit in

Everything you just said, is facts.

Big Head Gary always said that the first time he tried to introduce Dame to Jay, they were standing outside waiting for Jay and when he showed and was walking up, Dame said, 'This dude look corny" and dressed "weird". LOL!!

But like you said, Jay gave a lot of people jobs that didn't even like him before the Roc breakup. That's how he sons people. He gives you a job. He did the same with Fat Joe. Same happened with Biggs. He wasn't fond of Jay because dude wasn't dealing with him like that. But he gave him a job later, and then Biggs started acting funny with the people that actually held him down when Jay wouldn't even speak to him. Dame is definitely all about the brotherhood and loyalty, but in this business, you'd be lucky to get that.

And now not a single brother is standing with him :francis:

He has a whole crew of dudes who've been with him since pre-Roc. Actual friends. But these people aren't in the business. All his dudes from the neighborhood are still there, but a lot of the people he put on, ran off with Jay for a check. With the exception of a few. Kanye and Freeway are still always with him.
