The more black people that are able to employ themselves and others the better. Any body arguing otherwise is bordering agent status
:usure:
The more black people that can support themselves in any way possible the better. Again, most people can't and shouldn't take on the risk of running their own businesses unless they are mentally prepared to do so. "Be your own boss" is great but there is risk assessment needed.

Of course it’s not a one size fits all. But when you have the ear of the community you want to preach ownership so more black people are in positions of power to employ other black people. Then we don’t have to worry about racist hiring practices.

The more black people that can employ themselves and others the better. Period. If you’re arguing anything else, then I’ll have to say again, you’re bordering on agent status

Why was this posted on the Coli tho?

Do you have stock invested in his competitors?
I know personally :francis: he came down to a city I was in and was tryna do business with a few of the owners in the downtown area that I happened to be cool with

long story short the nikka is just weird, all his mannerisms reek of scam artist, still tryna use Rocafella and Creative Control when he couldn't handle either in the long run :scust:

that shyt ONLY works when you're actively at the top of the game, otherwise you just a typical fast talkin Harlem nikka that no one trust

NOBODY fukked with him and that wack ass Dusko shyt opened and closed within months :mjlol: yall gotta stop believing these nikkas tryna use blackness to convince you to support em, that shyt is a major red flag

His girl was pretty chill from what i remember (this was like late 2010s) i remember thinking damn this nikka is just cursed to drag down whoever's around him into his shyt

False take. There are rappers who were better than Jay who are stocking shelves now. He was in the right place, at the right time, with the right team, one of which was Dame. If someone like, say...Ras Kass had a couple nikkas like Dame on his team to scream on execs and not take bullshyt, his career could have had a whole different trajectory. Even in your LeBron example, without Rich he could have signed a bad deal, or stayed in Cleveland too long and had a way worse career than he has.

Thread is haterish and gossipy. His girl's lack of melanin may be worth examination after all of his "culture" talk, but being all in his pockets and celebrating his alleged downfall is very unmanly.

Do you think the same people that say lebron should have stayed in Cleveland and never left

Are the same people that think Jay should have never broken away from Dame

:ohhh:

I think its the same "loyalty" guys

If both happened I don't think those 2wou have what they have now :yeshrug:

Not at all.

That's not the issue.

The issue is the nikka was on some stigmatizing having a job or career where you work under someone.

Talking about, "might as well call your boss, daddy."

And as much as nikkas are afraid of anything making them look they are submitting on some gay shyt...

Here we are - people believing it's embarrassing to work for someone in any stage of your life.
