Damn 200+K players on Steam already shyt. I bought this Day 1 didn't really play the shyt but I"m jumping in and focusing on this shyt now

Welp, I can't play past the part after going down the chute on Phantom Liberty. Game crashes when autosaving. Game also crashes after talking to some of the Dogtown vendors and sometimes when I try to quicksave.

I never finished the game. Should I start completely over or just pick up where I’m currently at?
Devs recommend starting over. I believe you have to respec if you try to continue an ongoing playthrough.
Is Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty free if you already own Cyberpunk 2077? Or you still have to pay for it $30?

I have a save literally just before the last mission and was about to jump on the DLC right away

I started a new character to familiarize myself with the general setup. Played for like 1-2 hours then opened my endgame save and respecced to a Katana build lol
Too tired from all the other epics this year to start fresh
