I'd likely start over specifically because in my 1st playthrough i mostly used quickhacks and while they were OP as fukk, the fun factor wasn't quite there.

I'd probably do melee and cybernetics this go around, but I won't be doing this DLC at launch, likely

Yep, i relied heavy on the quick hacks. After watching Edge Runners i want to do a straight up maxed out sadevistan run

Yeah the fixed that, even added vehicle combat like gta. Game has completed the comeback imo

At its core it's a first person open world RPG. But if you want to play each mission like a corridor shooter you mostly can.
