Only one screening though? Really WB :martin:

What someone said at IMDB

Warner Bros has no confidence in CREED. 1 "award" screening, compared to In The Heart Of The Sea's 17 screenings, Our Brand Is Crisis's 9 screenings, Black Mass's 10 screenings, and Mad Max's 7 screenings... all of which had MANY more screenings (Creed only had one more screening).

I think Warner Bros f-cked up with this one. If Selma couldn't survive, and it was an "Oscar" movie with a lot of Oscar bait, tremendous acclaim, etc... Creed won't. And it didn't break any box office records either (started in 3rd place with a measly 29.6m opening weekend).

We went to see this today,i had no interest until I heard the song Future did for the movie, that nostalgia kicked in:wow:

Everybody did a great job from director and actors, didnt know Rocky was gon play a heavy part in this movie but he did,and Stallone was better than anything I've seen him in in a long time? You don't have to do those horrible Expendable movies anymore:mjcry:

Hope this movie grows from word of mouth like the NWA movie did,and a black director and writer is behind it:banderas:....So many ways to go with this

its like a movie within a movie, you actually rootin for Rocky to fight and beat this cancer as much as you rootin for Creed....I'm guessin the guy who knocked him out in LA would be the followup?hope we get to see Wood Harris back in the next flick,he killed his short time in the movie as usual....but I missed in the movie, was he Creeds older son?or one of his fighters?

Also if he's still in Philly in the next movie, that altercation he had with Tone Trump in the movie might come back around as a issue,Tone Trump did good too, stick to actin nikka:pachaha:

Will Adonis become a victim of the fame and get cocky like his pops:lupe:?Will he be able to remain faithful to a woman with a disability that makes it easier to cheat, when hos is throwin it at you left and right:lupe:?and fighting the son of the Russian would probably be corny like somebody said, but maybe he's somebodys agent or trainer,or more likely being that boxing is a phsycological sport,I could see some fighter trolling the shyt outta Creed with the Russian himself:mjlol:
