They're essential employees. I've been going to the office all week except today.
Enacting a shelter in place is an overreaction when you've found a couple thousand positive and aren't publishing the negative test results in a city of 8.5MM+. The state needs to have a plan to compensate the many hourly workers who aren't seen as essential employees. The hospitality industry is already going to need a bailout.
