Get one of those sinus rinse things before the prices go up (I got a box of 200 packets and a bottle for $20), they've helped my allergies and it's cheaper than getting a 40 pack of reactine or zyrtec for $20 at walmart or costco

I treat by symptoms. Worst symptoms for me is the blocked nose and the itchy runny eyes. The nasal rinse doesnt help me with none of that

Antihistamine - Cetirizine or Bromphenarimine

thats what works for me. I do wanna start trying natural like Nettle and Elderberry though . Ive been reading good studies on the natural approach
