Nobody really knows where it's from. Posters here linked the patent for this in the us from 2015. Additionally, the world military games were held in wuhan Oct 2019. It's very possible that s ok someone outside of china traveled there. The wet market conditions only help it spread.
That is completely untrue! This virus comes from the wet market with chinese people eating weird ass shyt.
And it was a bat virus that spread to a pangolin, how?
Because they put wild animal in cages one on top of the other and put all types of liquids on them, and those liquids go downwards from one animal to another, that's how it spread from a bat to a pangolin.
First MURS, then SARS and now COVID19.

Also let's say you do believe it is from bats/pangolins, how can you blame a zoonotic jump on an entire country and it's people?
The main way to combat this virus is social distancing.
How much of that happens in overpopulated china? They are like a can of sardines. That's how it spread to an entire country.
And what type of question is that? how would it spread to an entire country when before our very eyes it is spreading accross the globe?
Where's the logic in that question?

In time the truth will be revealed but blame is just so counter productive.
Oh I disagree!
It is VERY Productive!
Again first MURS, then SARS and now Covid.
When will the chinese learn??
The entire planet needs to blame china and put international pressure on them to never let this ever happen again!
They NEEED to ensure this NEVER happens again!
So yes, it is very productive.
How many more global pandemics do we need to finally say fukk political correctness, we need you to fix this China!

NYC and FBA Riverboat Retaliation
Look at your disinfectant wipes or Lysol can and they had CV on the back on it for years.
Like you said, coronaviruses have been around for decades.

No, you can patent a virus, just not a naturally-occurring virus. You can patent an artificially created virus.

However, your link is not a 1947 patent. Zika virus was first isolated from monkey blood in 1947 - that is the "source". That source virus is open-source, having been deposited in the ATCC (American Type Culture Collection) in 1953, and can be used by researchers who have proper credentials and prove they have a valid need to use the virus in studies and can handle it safely.

You are looking at the name, not the patent:

Background on The Rockefeller Foundation and Zika - The Rockefeller Foundation

Not a natural occurring virus? So you can patent a virus that is man made?

I'm still waiting for the animals of the CV cause technically a bird is a animal.

I highly doubt it'll get anywhere past the 5 figure mark...China has over 4 thousand now, and the fatality rate has slowed quite a bit.
