You’re minimizing 500,000 deaths. You’re also not mentioning the fact we know almost nothing about the long-term effects of this virus (imagine that truth amongst 28,000,000 people). Honestly, opinions like yours are huge part of the reason we are in this shytty situation. Trust me as a business owner…most everybody would WANT things to shut down if we have 500,000 deaths…

Ok, so my opinion reflects the situation outside of words on the internet? I’m out here wearing masks and being clean, even more so than I was before this. You don’t know my “situation.” :what:

And there’s close to 260k deaths in the US from Covid. 260k deaths is a lot, and it sucks for families that have to deal with Covid deaths, but the world has 7.5 billion fukkin people living here. Life will go on, new viruses will form, and people will die, that’s the way it goes.

I’m not trying to downplay this Virus. I know it’s serious, but like I said before, there’s a thin line between caution and overreaction. If you wanna close your business, then do it. But others feel different.

why doesn't the UNITED STATES OF fukkING AMERICA's GOVERNMENT step up and take care of the small businesses and people huh :gucci:

everyone always brings up what about small business when talking about precautions, well that's why a functioning society has safety nets setup

even in once in a lifetime events like this, you have measures setup to lessen the blow, but that's if the society actually cares about the people within it

why is the government refusing to help out it's citizens in their time of need & have basically left them out here to fend for themselves :mjpls:

and why do idiots regurgitate that same talking point of "but but the economy" when they need to ask what the fukk is the government doing :why:

STOP LETTING YOUR REPRESENTATIVES OFF THE HOOK FROM THEIR JOBS :damn:Big Business won't save you

AND STOP TALKING LIKE YOU KNOW MORE THAN fukkING MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS ABOUT MEDICAL MATTERS...you don't

People will get sick, people will die. It’s the way of the world. People need to wear masks, shut the fukk up so they won’t have spit particles spread, and practice safe cleansing.
Part of why these things keep getting closed down is because too many people don’t care.

anyone in here fatigued about this shyt, go tell the first person you see without a mask to mask and see if they don’t fight you.

Everyone is tired of this and there shoulda been some lifeline for these small businesses, but until there’s a vaccine, the option shouldn’t be to just pretend it doesn’t exist. Those same people will be fiending for medical attention when they get hit with this and it’s not fair to the hospitals.

I’ve seen how Cali has been dealing with this and I can kinda understand why y’all are fed up with state government there though. I don’t even think NY can pull off the massive lockdowns y’all are doing.

There are still people out doing their shopping, I still see businesses open, and the LA police basically told the Governor to fukk off because they’re not gonna enforce shyt. :skip:

I’m sure certain spots are obeying with closing up shop, and we are on a curfew from 10 PM to 5 AM, but it’s not like it was during the first lockdown.

And yeah, there are a lot of people not giving a damn. It’s unfortunate, but it’s expected from Humanity. :francis: But every retail business is enforcing the mask policy, which is good.

Your situation is that you’re on here sounding like a weirdo....truthfully you sound like a white boy MAGA....again...it’s opinions like yours that have things more fukked up than they have to be. If we committed to a 3 week lockdown this thing would be over in 5 weeks, but people with no discipline are why this has lasted 11 months (and will likely last another 9 or so at least)....you like the attention so I’m gonna stop responding.

First, my opinion DOES NOT reflect my actions. I have never been anti-mask, I have never said this virus was a hoax. My ACTIONS have been complying with what’s been asked and I HAVEN’T had no issues with it.

Just because I’m out here saying a lockdown shouldn’t be necessary makes me the bad guy? Because I want businesses to thrive??Because I want people to have jobs? A lockdown will NOT stop this virus. That’s stupid as fukk. :what: :mjlol:

You think you know me because I’m voicing my thoughts? I don’t give a shyt about attention. :camby:

UK BREHS- QUESTION

So I was tested positive for coronavirus and today is my final self-isolation day

I havent told my boss because the date my symptoms started was a while ago so I only had to isolate on the weekend and today. My boss is paranoid as hell so he probably would have told me to take 2 more weeks off which I cant afford.

I'm getting texts from the NHS that I can go back to work from tomorrow but that I need to speak to my employer first. Why? This is something I cant do and I dont feel I should have to. I've complied with the legal obligation to self isolate so as far as I'm concerned that's me done.

I havent told anyone where I work so if I ignore the requirement to speak to my boss before returning to work will I get in trouble?

hopefully he’s still nonchalant enough to

:russell: @ 500,000 deaths if one of his parents and his 90 year old grandfather are included in that number.

90 years is a nice long life right? So no biggie. And it’s just death, he’ll be alright.. that old nikka tough, right?

What businesses are being restricted in LA that you feel are unnecessarily being closed. Earlier you mentioned being able to go to shops and pick up food, but aren't those service open? At least from 5am to 10pm?

you don't get heart disease by walking outside & interacting with people :mjtf:

heart disease isn't overloading hospitals and forcing them to hire ice trucks to put dead bodies in :mjtf:

heart disease isn't a novel virus that we have only had months to figure out and try to solve :mjtf:
