As we all know, debate season is upon us, and to those inclined, lots of folks are currently being exposed to talking points and the like.

As a member of this fair constituency since 2012, I've had the privilege to read and/or take part in threads, Tinychat and Discord voice chats, and occasional private messages regarding real life issues.

As I listen to this Presidential debate, I've realized there are a number of people here, who are passionate, communicative, and persuasive.

But who among you, feel you could play the politics game (be it local or national) and win?

Be it TLR, I expect fukkery. :jawalrus:
But on a real note, do any of y'all think you could be a candidate, and win? If so, what would be your platform? And, what level of government do you feel you would be most effective?

:jbhmm:

Can 6 certs and 6 figures win a seat?

I'll put my bread on @Mowgli or @itsyoung!!.

But fukk my thoughts... Thecoli is a democracy. What say y'all? :feedme:

Respectfully,

O

Btw, I'm dapping every post. :obama:
Every vote counts.

If @Address_Unknown had citizenship he'd have my vote :wow:

I'd be on my Weiner shyt offering Turtle the fade and calling Graham a fudge packer on national TV

When the media told me to cool out I'd tell them I'm just representing my voters opinions :yeshrug:

You sound like former Illinois Senator Mark Kirk. He called Graham "a bro with no hoe."

Lifelong bachelor Lindsey Graham is a ‘bro without a ho,’ fellow senator says

I was told to run for mayor by quite a few of our Caucasian brothers.

What do Americans want.

Money

What do they need

Training

My platform is to bring Americans into the 21st century by training them to meet the rising surge of technology which will transform the landscape of this nation and provide jobs foreign and domestic for anyone with the drive and passion to get this cash.

After that the platform is to take on the surge of hatred in the country so we can find more ways to find common ground on my platform. Why? so we can get this cash and extend our influence foreign and domestic, through example.

To make people want to say, I want to be an American, not because we have the cash but because we have led by example through work ethic and strong moral character. Plus we play better then most.

We don't always need to like one another but we do need to build a nation of strong men and women, women and men because as a wise man Ricky Rizay once said, bein dead broke is the root of all evil

Btw, @skeetsinternal would crush the black and brown woman vote. :sas1:

He'd make sure Roe v Wade stayed on the books.
:sas2:

And rightfully so, women deserve the right to choose.

I'd run for specific parts of government like National Park Service or Education, would get that guaranteed paper and make connections. On the education side I'd be going after colleges for the predatory loan shyt and push alternatives to college and high school age folks. I'd be putting my foot on the necks of inner city schools that always ask for money but be pushing out poor results. I know alot of kids got mediocre parents so I'd put more funding into programs for adult education and job placements.

I wouldn't get votes though cause the education system is for profit and I'd be forcing it to be affordable as well as keeping folks from getting massive student loan debt, them text book companies and Texas Instruments would send a hit squad after me.:sas1:
