Read this elsewhere but cutting schools is apparently a double edged sword overall as elderly family members step in and help out parents who need to go to work.. kids run around carrying it, have immunity, but pass it on


WHO's ID doc is suspecting kids don't get COVID19 because they get the common coronavirus so often that they have built up a cross immunity to the novel strand. immunity weakens over time. Kids have a stronger immune response. Older folks have all but lost that full immunity.
