So what my County is doing, is a 25%-50%-75% plan.
So starting Tuesday, all business can open at 25% capacity, and if the right metrics are met in 14 days, it goes 50% with less restrictions, and another 14 days if good, for 75%.
There is no 100%, but that will be vaccine levels.
I think for places that are taking this seriously, this is the best route, reopen if the criteria is good in sections; but take it easy.
