Beasley being unplayable kinda forced Ham's hand along with Vando. What's the ideal rotation?

AD
LeBron
Rui
Reeves
Dennis
Walker?
Would D'angelo be better off the bench?:mjcry:
Gabriel?:francis:
TBJ:francis:

8 man rotation means AD and 38 year old LeBron probably have to play 40+ minutes.
I'd play Gabriel and TBJ over DLo and Vando. Gabriel's decent offensively; TBJ is nothing to write home about but he knows his role, tries defensively and will knock down some shots here and there.

You know the answer to that question

There you go so why should we give them credit for heading to the WCF. It's as flukey as when the Hawks made the ECF 2 years ago. They never came close again and now look at them. It's not as simple as well they made it this far when they shouldn't have. A lot of teams make it further than they shouldn't have, it means nothing.

So Jimmy has a better roster?

:gucci:

My point is not that guys can't play. My point is that Butler is winning games through ill, not because of them. They're helping them stay afloat until Jimmy takes over. It's no different than what Rui and Reaves are doing.
I didn't say that. I said those guys can play. All of them play winning basketball and Robinson is a backup. He's not a starter. He might not even play much v. Denver. Miami is a collective. They play tremendous team ball and always throw a lot of depth at you. They constantly make adjustments and look for your flaws

It's a reach, but Ham should've rolled the dice after game 2. It's tough because you want to show faith in your guys and give them a chance to perform how they have all season, but you also need to recognize when something just isn't working.

Collective defensively sure but it's the Jimmy Butler show on offense. He's averaging 31 ppg through 13 games while having multiple takeover games. We haven't seen anything like this since 2019 Kawhi and no one was praising the Raptors team at that time, the narrative was that Kawhi put the team on his back and refused to let them lose.

Its joever at this point
I would love it going to 7
But its joever
Hope im wrong but like Nuggets smell blood in the water, and they definitely do not wqnt that team that will lose in 7 or go to 7 even after being up 3-0

The Hawks making it to the ECF wasn't flukey. They earned that trip. They were the ones with the most injuries.

Saying they never went back had a lot more to do with injuries the next season to key players like Capela and this year, we weren't even the same squad. Completely different. Not a good example.

Everything goes out the window in the playoffs. Right now, they have four guys they can count on: AD, Bron, Reaves and Rui.

Everybody else is in a prove-it situation. If you don't have it, next man up.

3pt shooting unlocks everything in today's NBA if you don't have it you're playing with one hand tied behind your back. Biggest front office failure of the LeBron/Lakers era has been the inability to build a roster with even above average 3pt shooting. Miami was bad during the regular season, even worse than the Lakers, but they've been elite in the playoffs. If you can do that, you can play with anyone., if you can't :francis:

They are better when Jimmy is off the floor and it's been like that all year. Jimmy is just their clutch guy and he gets them timely offense which is a value for sure. He's always extremely productive but if you look at his on and off. He's not on pair with other stars in their prime in the league. It's because Miami gets production but adjusting. That's where they do their work. They adjust better than anyone. It's what they do. They are the Shang Tsung of NBA teams. No one else does what they do. Toronto used to do this well but they don't have Jimmy to close shyt out.

Agreed, just tough for a rookie coach like Ham. Spo would've bushed D'Angelo after the 1st quarter of game 1. :unimpressed:

I completely agree but our 2 best players are:

AD who won't shoot them and can't make them

Bron who is on a Westbrook like 3 pt run right now

If your 2 highest usage players aren't perimeter threats, you're done. Even Jokic is hitting 3s. He has more than both of them combined. There's no other team remaining with that type of shot profile.

It speaks volumes that everyone knows what needs to happen but we all know it won't happen. It's a stupid philosophy that the ownership adopted and the think it makes them above other franchises by willingly punting your future to appease washed up players. Riley told D.Wade to get the fukk out and Wade still crawled back lmao. Why are we above trading Bron and AD who haven't done anything remotely close to what Wade did for Miami?
Cuz we got a Thot running this team. Dr buss shaq ass to Miami, and he’d send bron and ad out, but Jeanie to busy trying to be Hollywood
