His catalog is not touching Primo. Not as innovative as Pete or Dilla. He's said himself he's not touching Madlib.

dont care how creative somebody is if they are boring. Lot of Dilla's shyt is just that and I would argue that Alchemist is more innovative. Not sure what makes you think otherwise. Premo might have the catalogue but a lot of his stuff is repetitive and dated. Legendary in his own right...but sonically there are not many nikkas fukkin with Alc...period. I would take Success is my cologne over any Premo beat. In fact, the beats on Covert Coup are better than any Gangstarr project. PERIOD

Alc can't even touch Primo's non Gangstarr work. Primo has the catalog by far. He chops way better and Al ain't coming close to his drums. Primo could make an album with you and it would damn near be a classic. He makes everyone sound great. Al hasn't carried albums like that.

Dilla literally changed the way people make drums and used the MPC. He's far more influential. He had way more range than Al.

Al is a legend but him being your favorite doesn't give you license to crown him. D Wade can be your favorite hooper but you're on crack if you say he's better than Jordan.

Man...Covert Coup is maybe one of my top 5 EPs of the 2010’s and my favorite Al produced project. But to say it easily trumps albums like Moment of Truth is not some non-debatable fact.

Al is in my top 3 favorite producers and I think he’s had a better body of work than Preem in the past 15 years. But still.

Covert Coup is incredible but Moment of Truth, Living Proof, and other albums are all incredible incredible albums.

For Conway, I’d say his best releases besides this one are Reject 2 and Blakk Tape

for WSG, FlyGod is an awesome god is my favorite, from there you can go into the Hitler wears Hermes series(my favs are 4,6,3 and 7) and of course you got FlyGod which along with Reject 2 kinda got this whole thing rolling
