This and the new Estee Nack album are the most interesting projects of 2020 for me so far. Both Conway and Alchemist on their A game.

Havent had a chance to fully peep the Estee Nack. Was that the joint with AROCKANDAHARDPLACE?
And where the fukk is divino?

His catalog is not touching Primo. Not as innovative as Pete or Dilla. He's said himself he's not touching Madlib.

The new one is Baladas. Just before was Minimansions #4. I wasn't much into that one at first, but Baladas is Papitas level of better. He's probably the most original mc I've heard in years, raw talent combined with dope production, don't even know who to compare him to.

But probably should have it's own thread, not tot derail this one, as Conway and Alchemist dropped something special as well.

I'm not sure Daringer actually did it. The way I understood it, Daringer did the beat using his normal method & Beat Butcha got them there so they didn't have to clear anything.

Yeah I think you’re right. Beat Butcha made the original sounds and Daringer chopped them up, etc.

I’m partial to Benny on 5 to 50. But I also like that he was telling a story on there, so it was an added dimension, as opposed to him flowing like that just to flex skills

What Daringer did on there was definitely mad impressive. Super duper impressive. Al has a fair amount of beats with no samples though. More than cats think. I can post some later but he's done 'em for Linkin Park, CNN, 3-6 Mafia, Fabolous, Boldy James, Benny, and some others.

Daringer a beast too.
