you dont need a permit to buy guns in the US ?.... so anyone can go to a store and cop a gun?
they are supposed to do a background check before completing the sale at a licensed gun store. the exception is at gunshows. non regulated gun sales account for about 40% of all american gun sales.
or they blow off their own hand. it seems some of the most common stories about homemade bombs are about people fukking themselves up

Its called the United States for a reason. Different states different laws.
In New Jersey where these weapons were likely purchased, they require permits for guns and rifles.
Doesn't matter anyway. The weapons used in this case were bought legally by a person who didn't use it to commit this crime. Her weapons were taken by her son .

yes... and you seem intelligent enough on the subject to understand that, but most Americans dont...
so the minute something like this pops off, and people call for government help, they scream Communism yet they know nothing about communism, and im not gonna act like im a master of the subject, because its a IMO its a tough ideology to grasp...
I just didnt get your original statement of we are trying to be communist...
I mean communism as its interpreted by man not as its interpreted on paper. I dont see why the government would need to get involved in this issue. This is a state issue. Murders are down every year statistically and while these crimes are heinous it doesnt constitute a revamping of our laws when again, the numbers show less and less people dying from gun related deaths per year.
I can undersatnd that when the race of the ruling class meet tragedy more people pay attention but logically, it shouldnt be the cause for the revamping of laws. I dont think we're at a point in civilization where we should scale back to knives only and give all guns to police and the military. Not while racism still exists.
Nah. We have strict gun laws in cali and more people die in l.a then in Conn to guns.
