Everything is a slippery slope these days. Some people would run with the "police state" argument if gun laws were drastically changed too

the thing is banning guns is easy and simple. evaluating people that are in this 'grey area' where they may display some 'anti-social' characteristics is not so simple

An outright ban would be simple in a sense. The backlash would be hectic though, but i see what youre saying.


There is really no 100% way to regulate outside of banning guns, which i dont agree with. If that were to happen, people would yell that were a socialist state, a police state etc etc.

I actually saw a couple of friends on FB posting that "when we are born, we should be born with the bible, freedom and a gun"....white people are so fukkin delusional. And yes they were all from Texas

Yeah, but its much easier to cause wide-spread damage using firearms. Plus they're impersonal ways of killing people. If everyone got a psychological evaluation before being allowed to buy a weapon its possible he could've been caught.

That solves absolutely NOTHING. If anything, it would make the black market profitable. There's no test for suddenly snapping and going batshyt crazy. We are all capable of that
