Well change starts when the people get sick and tired of the bullshyt and bounce the crooks and liars out. There were massive empires in those regions just a couple of centuries ago that were built by the people of those societies. The White people came and disposed of the leaders of those empires and installed a bunch of crooks in the places of those former leaders and here we are. The fools that run these places now can't even build basic infrastructure (roads, bridges, electricity, etc.) but they consider themselves elites.The vast majority of African countries are as lost... The west as usual fueling internal conflicts, destabilizing its economy while stealing its natural resources at the expense and sacrifices of the locals.
