i remember when i first hopped into my job with a good salary, had a female co-worker that was super nicei didn't think anything of it..then somewhere down the line the arm touches and weird statements started coming out of nowhere
i remember talking to her one day and asked her for some timelines on a few projects by a certain date and she replied "of course, anything for you!"
i asked her not to say things like that and i walked off, from then on her personality did a complete 180 towards me

The gossip shyt is weird. You can get so far by just letting other people speak, shaking your head and keeping it pushing.
I legit don’t think it’s one person that can say a bad thing about me at any of my jobs because I come in, work hard, and stfu. If I talk 9 times out of 10 it’s about sports and if somebody want to share something with me, I listen and never speak about it again, primarily because I couldn’t care less.
People are quick to run and share you business with someone else so the benefit of being quiet is 1. No one can spread your business and 2. If people choose to tell you theirs and then they figure out you ain’t say nothing they thing you really for them when in reality you don’t gaf.
