folks be acting traumatized when you say you eat lamb, deer, rabbit and squirrel.

like hey, when I was a kid you'd go out and kill whatever moved and eat it or you gonna starve.

edit: dogs, cats and people off limits. :whoa:

hell, my brother in law came home last year and went to his moms. There was an alligator in their back yard. They killed it and ate it that same day. :mjlol:

Whats your setup breh? I did a flat a few weeks ago, I rushed it a little bit maybe cooked it a little hot. I still got the point and another whole packer (they were on sale). Was thinking about maybe grinding some into burgers
I have a large propane grill so i usually just turn 2 out of 4 burners on on one side, then place the brisket on the upper rack as far away from the heat leave it on there for like 3-4 hours or until the internal temp is like 165
