I'm just saying that the media made this case out as having no merit. Today it was proven that it has a lot of merit.

I wasn't saying I didn't believe there was collusion. I knew from the jump Kaep could win this case. I'm just saying its a big deal given the narrative the media was running with before today.

No major corporation in America run even halfway competently is lettin their top executives go through a deposition...no way no how.

The summary judgement phase in law is basically the trial before the trial. All the discovery is over. All the arguments are finalized and presented. The only difference is that its done strictly on paper rather than in person arguments. And the judge is not deciding who wins the case but rather if Colin and his lawyers have presented enough evidence of collusion to potentially win at trial.

This stage is there to stop cases which have no chance of winning at trial to go any further because there is not sufficient evidence to support them.

In this case, the judge said Colin and his lawyers have presented enough evidence on paper to potentially win at trial. That is HUGE.
