Yup... They about to settle now and no dirt from those calls or emails will see the light of day.....

My personal opinion.... Kaepernick isn't an NFL QB and his career should have been over.... along with the terrible white QB's that got jobs over him, but like the OJ case, white people got over-zealous and sloppy....

Get your money, black man!
Be a retard brehs.

How is Kaep not an NFL caliber QB? He's only had one bad year which was cut short by injury. His plug was pulled way too quick even before this whole kneeling thing.

In 2012 he comes out of nowhere to lead the 49ers to the Super Bowl. Along the way he ran all over the Packers before coming back from a 17-0 deficit on the road against Atlanta (mostly with his arm). He nearly pulled off what would've been the greatest comeback in Super Bowl history at the time by coming back from 28-6 to make it a 31-29 game late in the 4th. Aside from an early interception brotha played lights out in the Big Game

In 2013 he comes within a game of getting back to the Super Bowl, beating both the Packers (again) and Panthers on the road before giving a prime Seahawks squad one hell of a fight in Seattle. He played better with lesser talent around him against the same defense that embarrassed Peyton Manning a few weeks later

Then he has one .500 season followed by a poor start to 2015 before being benched. The 49ers had been completely stripped of their talent so it was natural that they would regress, but because Kaepernick couldn't mask their problems he was punished for it. When he came back healthy in 2016 he played pretty well (on a horrible team no less) but by that time the kneeling controversy was in full effect

Point is in his short time in the league he proved he did have NFL talent and accomplished more than a lot of these other QBs have. He never had the luxury to have multiple losing seasons or miss the playoffs and still keep their job like Drew Brees, Matt Ryan, Matthew Stafford, Tony Romo, Eli Manning, Andrew Luck and Phillip Rivers do. Not to mention trash like Andy Dalton and Ryan Tannehill
