Always been taught to make an L shape with your arms but here ya go. Definitely around a 10 pull-up difference...gonna see if I can get to 25 within 2 weeks. This is a good motivation. No comment on the last struggle 2 lol

good shyt.

It's a lot harder. It's also working more of your back, versus a lot of the videos we're seeing in here that are using the biceps to pull up

Not to sound like a hater but a lot of these pull-ups don't count. Them arms gotta be straighter. I did back today but i'm going to try this out and upload tomorrow. I reckon i'm a get 15-20 but my arms will be straighter than the majority and I won't be able to kick as i'll do em at home.

10 pull ups (real ones) is very good. 90% of men can't do that. 15 is some shyt and normally only capable by gym rats. 20 amazing. 30 is next next levels. 50? Real pull ups? I'll give the breh all my coli cash for being so trill.

Too long and too much room for dodgy reps I feel. I say 100kg/220lb bench, has to touch chest. I think 15+ would be fairly rare. Winner would top out around 25.

:ehh: Sounds good too... I wouldn't touch 15+ this day and age but there was a time when that would've been food for me. Now, I'd probably pump a good 5 straight I'm assuming. Not going to 'assume' any higher than 5 though; only hitting 13 pullups in this pullup sh!t has humbled my ASSumptions tremendously :pachaha:

I think we all acknowledge that, for the most part, these pullups will not be perfect- as many us neither practice them regularly nor are fitness professionals. That said, you(and anyone else) will definitely get more credit for your pullups if each of them are strict to form regulations.

For me locking, having full arm extension is just part of the basics. Like the bar touching your chest on the bench or going below parallel on squats.

A bit of swinging, a little bit of momentum is cool. But not extending arms close to full is wild to me. Even with tennis elbow you can get 80/90% of the ROM.
