I have a bad shoulder and damaged nerves in my wrist from jits. I can't hit big numbers. And if I can't I know yall can't hit 50..


In a couple months we gonna get this burpee challenge cracking though.

Once I hit 15 my mind was telling yes but my body :usure:

This was cool though we should alternate exercises every month n have one of these more often.
20 a damn good number I seen dudes in the gym can't do 10 :snoop: when I started back working out last summer I was at 8,9 :snoop:
Im wit it looking fwd to push ups and dips though :whew:

Can we see just one person let their arms hang straight at the bottom instead of doing half pull ups?
