Didn’t find this really funny at all. Extremely cool concept but the humor was just flat. Renner and his goofy Bourne like action pieces carried this. Helms has been playing the same annoying character since hangover. Burress just isn’t funny. His weird cadence and delivery does nothing. Every joke he told just fell flat. It was like he was just randomly telling jokes from his standup during scenes. Hamm and Johnson were just there and their subplot with Jones was pointless. The ending was somewhat depressing also.

Decent spy drama. Some of the subplots were messy and dragged on. Nobody is really interesting outside Lawrence and she had no chemistry with Edgerton. Also sexual scenes in this movie was over the top to the point of ludicrous. But the plot twist at the end was enjoyable. I wouldn’t mind a sequel

We could start with your Dead Zone review :tarantino:
I thought it fell flat for the potential it had but like I said, I had my expectations too high. :yeshrug:

This was an incoherent mess. :what:

Sad thing is, I hear the source material isn't much better. Best thing about it is the main theme.

Saw this a few weeks ago. Was only alright, well shot and acted but I wasn’t into it.

Fun B level comedy, nothing amazing but I enjoyed it.

So much better than the first one.

The cameos were great and the comedy didn't feel forced. That was my problem with the first one, everything felt forced.
When the whole team died jumping out the plane :mjlol: And all the Logan jabs :russ:

:whew::whew::whew:

Really thought Dustin Hoffman was going down as p*ssy of the year but he held the fort down.

That whirlwind of error though :boshdistressed:

This was pretty wild with a star-studded cast but you can definitely tell Tarantino wrote this. When he turns Christian Slater into a mouthpiece to talk about Elvis and Sonny Chiba, ONCE AGAIN his freakish obessession with blacks, and the shoot out....all the Tarantino-isms are there. Man just can't get out of his own way.
