Little White Lie (2015)

Doc about bi-racial chick who grew up around White Jews in Upstate, New York and didn't know she was black until she was 16

I recommend it. A little too scripted of a doc (PBS Indie lens is behind it) and comes off like a docu-drama instead. Still good. Nice little 90's time capsule of black college life.

Her mama was tho.

Just leapt into my Top 10 Noirs.....probably. All time great femme fatale and an overwhelmingly cynical film.

Saw this just tonight.

George caught that fade.

That fluid cinematography tho.

Whole time , it was reminding me of Max Payne. I can tell the makers must've got influenced/at least story dynamic from it.
