Action in this was definitely over the top and goofy at spots . The writing was about on the same level, but I enjoyed some of the sillier moments.

Also me and my girl started watching Big Brother starting from season 1. I was never reallly big into reality tv shows like this.


But it is pretty interesting and despite not wanting too I ended up getting invested. Currently we are on season 9. So much stupid fukkery on this show.


They do the black contestants dirty tho. Normally so far in these early seasons there is only one black person per episode. If it’s a guy he is either a c00n, gay or set up badly. This season they finally had a cool ass breh on it but he got voted out week 1 through no fault of his own

corpse mania (1981) watched it on a 4k disc. great picture quality. just under 90 minutes.

nice little hong kong equivalent of a gialo from the shaw brothers. extremely gory. the plot is that there is some necrophiliac running around killing prostitutes and sleeping with the corpses. the police have to try to stop it, but there is a twist...

Decided to peep after hearing PTA’s new movie with Leo was heavily inspired by it and it’s a wild, entertaining ride. Liotta’s presence brought so much aura and groundedness to the flick after what can be considered a breezy screwball comedy leading up to his introduction. The tone shifts could’ve been fumbled badly in someone else’s hands, but they’re masterfully executed by Demme here. R.I.P. to both legends.

Daniels is such a goofball in it and Melanie plays a great foil to his yuppie. Her best look in this is at the beginning where she’s basically Mia Wallace before Mia Wallace. For other reasons, too.

Finally watched Uncut Gems. Maybe 20 mins too long but overall it was fire. Sandler put in work

Watching this show called Departure, because I wanted something thrilling to watch.

I am 2 episodes deep it is pretty thrilling. It is not a supernatural tale or anything, just uses logic and investigation. Apparently this show already has 3 seasons, but each season is like 6 episodes long.
