jessica-alba-trigger-warning-trailer-01.jpg

in this Netflix exclusive, Jessica Alba plays Ops manager/ spy for the Military. She has to come home because something has happened to her father and finds herself in yet another "white man so ashy, its about to put the whole town n jeopardy" snafu that has gotten so common place since they realized they could sell movies to ppl too good to go to a theatre.

Not long before you realize that (1. Jessica Alba is still hot into her 40s and (2. the bad guys are so comical, you know it won't exactly take the Avengers to take them down. Third act is longer than necessary just to prove the latter, but how can I hate on a 40 something woman using a streaming release to have her Demi Moore and the Mirror in Striptease moment (no nudity). Yes, she is still that bish, 7/10

Felt like an extended episode of the show, with maybe a bit more budget for action scenes. Not a bad thing, as all the ingredients that make me really like the show were present. Still the funniest anime I currently watch.

1989 directed by umberto lenzi but he refused to put his name on it. this movie kinda sucks. the leader of a biker gang gets executed for murder - the murders continue anyway - a bunch of people go to florida for spring break and some end up dead. it is written like a giallo but a very mediocre one.

These movies really are about the chemistry between Will and Martin, which remains strong even as they get older. Just sprinkle in a decent supporting cast, circular camera movement, and the Miami setting to have an entertaining ride.

The best thing about this movie is the poster

Besides that its the scenes with Michael Parks and John Saxon.

I forgot how good this movie was :whew: . I know it's says Tobe Hopper directed this but Spielberg definitely was behind the camera for some of this.

The final 20 minutes... breh. Grade A piff :wow:

Very enjoyable sequel to one of the best Pixar films. The concept of following the emotions continues to work well, as Riley steps into puberty.

Never underestimate the horror of the human condition.

I'm giving it a 7/10, i wasn't a fan of the ending and I know some ppl won't be a fan of some of the decisions made in the second act, yet, I was entertained, and it had a story to tell.

Really loved this. The production design of everything really stands out - the sets, the costumes, the music. A lot of color contrasts that really stand out, especially the colorful dresses in dreary/dark locations. Reminded me a lot of Kenneth Branagh's Frankenstein, from the 1990s in terms of the way it weaves in and other of genres. Romance, adventure, and horror - with each hitting the mark.

Definitely has that throwback slasher feel and the gore is present, although cheesy at some times. Nothing like some of the quotes, but maybe they step it up in the sequels. Movie is at its best, when Art is clowning around before the kills.
