That's my hesitancy to watching it, the reveal should be just as intriguing as the mystery.

Only See How They Run had an intriguing villian and they pulled his ass literally out of thin air.

For some reason I just felt like watching a bunch of war movies. Saving Private Ryan, Apocalypse Now, Come and See, Beasts of No Nation

All good to great movies, but midway through this I just stopped and thought “WTF am I doing? This is so fukking depressing!”

Not the first movie I’ve seen about the Cambodian Genocide (I saw The Killing Fields many years ago), but this was more depressing. Seeing stuff about child soldiers in this, Come and See, Beasts of No Nation, and the boxing documentary Kassim the Dream….I think I’ll take a break from war movies for awhile.

Engaging crime drama that immerses you into a dangerous world from the pov of a pretty naive character. Viggo Mortensen is really good in his role.

Watched it last week and enjoyed it. Well paced, some good tension, and funnier than I expected. Also has one of the best action scenes I've seen this year.

Big fan of Ilana Glazer from Broad City and mostly checked it out for her. Didn't really enjoy the movie though. Felt it played it too straight for a majority of the film, until things take a weird and wacky tone. Could have benefited from more dark humor and developed characters.

Has all the familiar comic book beats, but the family dynamic works really well in the movie. Could have benefited from a more charismatic villain, but overall I thought it was pretty good.
