Trying to watch different types of movies, but musicals still really haven't grabbed me. I was impressed by the direction and choreography of the big numbers, but the central romance wasn't that believable to me. Especially with how quickly events unfold.

doesn't have a happy ending but I like it. 9/10 possible serious film ofthe year candidate. Along with the hustle, that's two on Netflix. (HBO max also has two, kimi and the batman.)

This movie drew me back into the Marvel Universe in a good way. Probably one of the best Marvel flicks I seen since Iron Man. Everything from the fight scenes to the main storyline drew me in. While there were some slow parts in the middle of the flick (typical of Marvel), I can say the shyt wasn't a slog to get through like most Marvel movies.

Just watched a private screening of a movie called Cha Cha Real Smooth. It’s a romantic dramedy. I enjoyed the hell out of it. Dakota Johnson, Leslie Mann are the names but it stars a 23 year old actor who also directs the movie. I enjoyed every scene. Very heartwarming movie. Not necessarily a family film because of language. But I wouldn’t have issue watching with a child 12 and up
