Just got out of Bendetta. Just wow. This movie was craaazy, in the best of ways. It had everything, sex, comedy, drama, poignant questions about religion and belief. Just wow. I loved it. Probably in my top 3 as far as 2021 movies. The fact that it's based on a true story has my head spinning and now I'm off to go find more information about the real nun that inspired this.
Did we do one last year??Are we going to have an annual end of the year/best movie of the year thread? @MartyMcFly
Did we do one last year??
Yeah I don’t think we did because 2020 was 2020. It would be a very interesting list this year. I’ll start the thread tomorrow. May need to look to an older one to even remember how lolI honestly don't know. Time is moving really funny these days. But, for what it's worth, I vote that we do one this year.
I am going to do a non voting personal top 10 list thread in January. I rarely agree with you ppl, y'all can do what y'all want. Here is what I got so far. I have not seen as many movies this year as I did in years past because of the job sites I worked this year. Copshop is sitting on a zip drive somewhere as well as green Knight, I see it before the end of the year:Yeah I don’t think we did because 2020 was 2020. UppingI ain't gonna lie, this film is a mess, but it's a fun mess. I enjoyed Bella Thorne and her friends walking around the movie, half naked. (No one shows anything) When she walks into the confessional and hooks up with the preacher, there was no moral dilemma. Have you see that ass? There is no saying no to the ass. You hook up with her, and you worry about your mortal coil later. No score, but I'm going to always reward realistic portrayal of woman.
In five years, Bella going to say she a lesbian because she clearly turned out
