When you're at the grocery store never buy anything that you find in the aisles, stick only to the stuff that's on the perimeter.

I went through the same, limited fast food to just the weekends.

Went to the store, bought ground turkey, lots of pasta, fruit (grapes, apples and pineapples). Been reading online for nutrition help though 'cause iono what the fukk I'm supposed to eat. I need like 5 meals a day lol.

Cut out the pasta breh :childplease:

Im always up late like till 3am does it matter if I eat like a salad b4 bed or is it too late

Drink plenty of water all day- no soda or sports drinks. Try Almond milk, its pretty good low calories. Also, don't skip breakfast, start the day off with oatmeal, egg whites with low calorie wraps, or even try special K. snack on yogurts - some are packed with plenty of protein if you're working out -if you like sandwiches, switch to whole wheat and low sodium cold cuts (they taste great) - I eat a bunch of fruit through out the day to battle the craving for sweets. Good luck -its a battle!

Cut out bread and rice as much it pains me to say that.....cant eat rice like that,its like sugar...

I did it before so im familiar with it, I know grilled chicken, grilled fish, veggies etc. But whats some good stuff to fill you up between meals?
