I went through the same, limited fast food to just the weekends.
Went to the store, bought ground turkey, lots of pasta, fruit (grapes, apples and pineapples). Been reading online for nutrition help though 'cause iono what the fukk I'm supposed to eat. I need like 5 meals a day lol.
When you're at the grocery store never buy anything that you find in the aisles, stick only to the stuff that's on the perimeter.
That's not really accurate canned, tuna, beans.
Yes they are those items but it's a good starting point since it'll help avoid the processed foods.
I did it before so im familiar with it, I know grilled chicken, grilled fish, veggies etc. But whats some good stuff to fill you up between meals?
