Be careful with nuts (no pun intended) as snacks. They carry a lot of calories and can be replaced for meals on caloric intake alone.

Use fruits like kiwi/oranges and vegetables like broccoli as snacks to help boost your system along with a daily multi vitamin

Granola (has protein and other stuff in it) and yogurt as a snack

Make your own fruit salads/bowls

Eat apples as a morning snack for alertness

A lot of heart burn, feeling mad bloated at night and that disgusting "full" feeling u get after eating heavily processed food.

I went through the same, limited fast food to just the weekends.

Went to the store, bought ground turkey, lots of pasta, fruit (grapes, apples and pineapples). Been reading online for nutrition help though 'cause iono what the fukk I'm supposed to eat. I need like 5 meals a day lol.

Yeah I gave up Sodas and that helped alot...

We improved our dinner diet at home lot but I'm like you trying to find healthy snacks and shyt. Been eating a bunch of pineapples, peaches, and strawberries for my sweet tooth and then Granola bars to try to curb them chocolate cravings..

I'm not overweight but just want to eat better, I also smoke alot of green so them munchies have me :noah:

Just got like 10 lunchables for $10 at wal mart last night tho :krs:

I used to get celery and dip em in hot sauce to snack on

I used to have heartburn and stomach pain constantly I used to carry Pepto and Tums everywhere never left home with out either. I still eat shytty things but I just don't over eat and all that shyt went away and I lost about 80 pounds. It's well worth it.

As far as snacks i'll throw two out there if you could stomach it Rice Cakes arent to bad Sugar free Popsicle Ice pops work as well.
