No Fast Food
-Eat a lot of beans. They're good for you, plus they're high in fiber so they keep you full for a while. Personally I like to make chili with two cans of beans.
-Speaking of chili, you may want to buy ground turkey instead of ground beef. It tastes about the same, but is cheaper and lower in fat.
-As far as snacks, stuff like peanuts/walnuts/almonds/etc are good for you
-Try to go easy on the potatoes and white bread
why the change hav?
A lot of heart burn, feeling mad bloated at night and that disgusting "full" feeling u get after eating heavily processed food.
I did it before so im familiar with it, I know grilled chicken, grilled fish, veggies etc. But whats some good stuff to fill you up between meals?
