I just got out my session. It’s over. They cutting me a check for 22k. I did this without a lawyer. I’m that nikka. These fukk nikkas can’t hold me. Also negotiated me being able to collect unemployment once I’m off payroll cause they wanted to not pay that. These fukk nikkas still paying me my regular salary until middle of February too.

I’m like 99% sure I’m 100% that nikka right now

What was the discrimination

It was a retaliation claim that they were laying me off by way of retaliation and that my lay-off was discriminatory in nature considering the fact a white, less qualified person was taken over my job duties.

In actuality, the case was never strong enough to win in court. And the EEOC added in the discrimination part to make the claim viable cause it couldn’t stand on its own if the retaliation didn’t fall under one of the protected classes.

The strategy was always to get them to cut me a check based on the fact they fukked up, and it would cost them money to fight it, win or lose. So it would be beneficial for them to just cut me a check as long as my number wasn’t too high

I emailed them folks like yoooo. shyt bumped me to a higher tax bracket and shyt smh. I hate taxes
