There is no Democratic legislation that will pass in the Senate, congress is at a stand still. Democrats NEED a higher voter turn out in 2020 than they had in 2016. The soft shoe legislation that the Democrats continue to lob at the Senate only for it to be swatted down is NOT going to motivate voters to go out to the polls in 2020. Neither is the weak and mixed messaging coming from behind the podium by the Speaker of the House. Her lack of urgency signals that their is no cause for urgency for the voters. We know that to not be true.

Impeachment proceedings lay out why there is a need for urgency and why they must show up at the polls in 2020.

ABSOLUTELY NO ONE EXPECTS TRUMP TO BE REMOVED FROM OFFICE PRIOR TO 2020. It is not going to happen with a compromised AG at the head of DOJ.

If you think the Dems are going to run a miraculous presidential campaign and save the world you may need to temper your expectations.
