The Dems won 2018 on accountability. They have yet to hold anyone accountable for anything outside of a lot of investigating. They better get on messaging really quick because the appetite they don't think the constituency has for impeachment will end up being a lack of appetite to show up to the polls.
It's a complicated play, I don't have an answer, there are so many factors, it's near impossible for even top ranking Democrats to call the right move 100%. I would need access to voter data and population info lol
