Did this during Hurricane Sandy because we had no power for 12 days, never again. You ever take a shower and you could see your breath ?

That said I did feel refreshed more so than a hot shower.

Man I've been doing this shyt for a long time. I'm so used to it now I can go from hot to cold and I don't shiver or nothing like in the begining. It feels good but nobody else trying to get down with it. They always say you can have that white people shyt.

i did it today. gradually took it from warm to cold and finished the last 30 seconds on super cold. i felt refreshed!

i did this in college when me any my roommates were beefing and one of them didnt pay the gas bill in retaliation

it really is mind over matter. after awhile I aint eem care.

it was really good for early morning focus and my waves were on point for some reason.
