when showering by myself I typically start out hot then reduce the temp gradually till its cold...now that the temps increasing I'll start lukewarm and end cold

Yeah cold showers are cool. After training sessions i usually do contrast tubs...so like 2 minutes in the cold tub and 4 minutes in the hot tub to help with recovery etc.

On topic....I remember going to summer camps and doing the polar bear swim some mornings.....it was awflly cold........................but it did feel invigorating like a son of a biitch...
