when I dumped sugary drinks I dropped a lot of weight and I blame my former sugary drink habit as the biggest culprit, rarely ever drink any non sugary drinks besides milk (and I aim for lower sugar milks when I do)Only sugarfree/zero calorie drinks and water for me.
People will fight tooth and nail to drink regular coke because "It tastes better". But the vast majority of obesity cases is because people sucking down thousands of extra calories of soda per meal.
