It was fukked up my g. They basically ruled no indictment so quick no one even got a chance to digest what had happened. Walmart wouldnt release the video I think cause the Ohio AG didnt allow it, so the video wasnt even released until they decided on no indictment. Beavercreek is a small suburb outside Dayton btw

All of that combined is a recipe for disaster yes...BUT that does not negate the officers being criminally responsible for their actions. That is what most people are failing to realize. I don't disagree. Though it's hard to tell from the video if protocol was followed. Especially considering they weren't relayed all the information from the 911 call. They pulled believing it's a "guy" with a gun, who has been waving it around and pointing it at people. The whole thing just sucks.
The thing is the cops didn't know breh. Those airsoft guns are made to look real.
