Video clearly showed his point that gun at people in an aggressive manner. Most people don't know that gun, how would a normal person react? Sucks he had to die, but she should've known better. No excuse, unfortunately.

Just saw the vid. Cops fukked that situation up something terrible.
You telling me if suspect is waving around a deadly weapon, it's protocol to drive up within feet of them as if that wouldn't startle them into shooting.
I ain't saying it's murder, but BOTH of those cops got to go. They have to be fired ASAP.
And The Rice families opening gambit should be for whatever the highest lawsuit in US history.

The kid grabbed and pulled the gun up from his waistline. He didn't just reach down for no reason.
Know all the facts before you get all emtionally invested into the situation.
Thsts the only thing I don't like about these kind of stories that break nationally. Cats are not fully informed of all the details yet still want to get their opinions heard, so they leave out critical details to fit their narrative.
If we can agree that Tamir grabbed the gun, that would be a start to having a balanced converation. Now we don't know why he grabbed it -- did the cop say "drop the gun" or "show me the gun" ... or something along that line response. What the cop said in the moment may not fit his best interests after situation has taken place. So that's why cops have the advantage when there's no body cams. Usually they're still alive and some else is dead, so they can change small but critical elements of their stories, while the dead person is obviously unable to.
It's very sad situation. Cleveland police will pay mightily on this one.
As far as charging the cop with a crime, now that the video is out, I don't see it happening.

The video I saw didn't look like he grabbed at a gun, it looked like the officer pulled up and got out and shot him.
