I'm unsure about IWW. Saying yes for now.
No he only has 4 undisputed classics and a couple more borderline ones

Whet? Unsure? Da fuhk
Sorry breh I cant help myself. When it comes to Nas and Redman all common sense goes out the windowbruh stop that lol
nobody has 4 undisputed classics
the highest I can think of is 3, and it ain't for Nas either...nor Pac, who inexplicably got voted 3 classics

Some people originally were disappointed with IWW but not due to the material. It was becuz we were expecting a better Illmatic which is kinda what has plagued Nas' whole career. He set the bar ridiculously high for himself. But lets not act like Stillmatic didn't get his career back on track and had some of his best songs. Gods Son had him coming from the perspective of someone who knew his place and the game and it was time to cement itIllmatic: top 10 hip hop album
IWW: dope album, originally disappointing to fans. Started receiving more love overtime(as rap music got worse, hence the 2000s curve).
Stillmatic: dope album with blatant flaws.
TLT: Great Album but blaze a 50 and everyone's crazy didn't fit vibe of the rest album (stay chiseled and rise and fall would have been better choices ).
GS: good album with flaws
LIG: see Stillmatic and GS.
My favorite rapper of all times.
First two are classics. (I'm negging anyone voting against illmatic ) I'd give Lost Tapes the nod too. But that's it.
No other album is a classic. Got some good ones but nothing else that amounts to a classic. (He got some duds too.
I feel like he had the material to drop a classic with that I Am...Nastradamus double LP but fumbled that opportunity by scrapping the album and starting over due to the bootleggers. Damn shame.
Y'all were going so well
UNTIL we got to Pac...and now again with Nas
suddenly the word gets devalued and we're throwing out classics like STDs in a brothel
Redman is arguably one of those who deserves 3, but I was torn on Dare iz a Darkside
The other is Jay, who should have got the 3rd.
And probably the biggest case for 3 I can think off top is OutKast tbh. First 3.
lol Jay doest deserve 3 at all. One arguable by old standards.
